The call runs 45 minutes. We spend the first half going through your numbers and your last few calls so I can see exactly where the gap is. Most closers are leaking deals in one or two predictable places, and I can usually spot it inside the first 15 minutes.
Once I know where the leak is, I tell you the specific behavior to install and what the next 30 days look like if you actually do it. You walk away with a real plan, not a worksheet, not homework, not "five action items." Just the next move.
